High availability of the trak® air, trak® eco and trak® fnc battery systems is enhanced to maximum effect through use of trak® power premium charge.
The high-frequency technology used here permits a compact design with optional wall mounting to save space. In combination with HOPPECKE BIM (Battery Identification Module), multi-capacity and multi-voltage capability is obtained. This means that different batteries with varying voltage and capacity may be charged by a single charging unit.
HOPPECKE trak® power premium charge units thus offer maximum reliability combined with high performance for all applications and battery systems. Through our modular structure for both capacity and accessories, our systems may be individually tailored to your investment budget.

The unique HOPPECKE HF battery charger for small traction applications
Traction batteries are designed for special applications and form a system together with their charger. The operation of your vehicle and maximum life of your battery can be ensured only when this system is working in perfect harmony.
So that you may always be offered the very best system, HOPPECKE has designed and developed the new trak® power mini range in the ultra-modern facilities of HOPPECKE Technologies in Germany.
The trak® power mini HF charger range has been specially developed for smaller industrial trucks, electric lift trucks, order pickers, lifting and work platforms, and cleaning machines. This range may be used with all traction batteries currently on the market and guarantees optimal charging in the HOPPECKE trak® basic and trak® bloc systems.
Thanks to HOPPECKE HF technology and when compared with conventional systems, the trak® power mini has the lowest energy consumption with minimal losses, and therefore gives the best energy efficiency. These especially energy-saving chargers merit a top spot on the rating scale for energy consumption, comparable to efficiency class 1A

Function description

The microprocessor controlled charge electronic monitors the charging process fully automatically

The charge time is automatically adjusted to the depth of discharge from the battery

Disconnect by du/dt-control (voltage rise)

During longer rest times, the battery is kept on standby with automatic refresher charges

In case of a fault, the battery and the charger are protected by superior safety disconnects
